  Schott ~ Waxy Steerhide Perfecto

  It’s built off Schott’s 519 silhouette: a modernized, slimmer version of their classic 613 Perfecto. As we’ve done in previous collaborations, the belt and epaulets have been eliminated for a cleaner look. The leather is a custom tannage developed by Schott that we have the honor of debuting on this jacket – it’s a waxy cowhide with a matte black finish and a supple hand that belies its weight. We chose a mixed-hardware approach with matte black zips on the hand and chest pockets, matte black snaps, and nickel front and sleeve zips. The body is lined with a leopard-patterned rayon that is woven in Japan, while the sleeves are satin-lined for comfort. Made in the USA.

  The Work Pant is a new straight leg pant style inspired by French laborer uniforms. This pant silhouette is similar to our Fatigue Pant in that it’s roomier altogether and features a straight leg with a slight taper coupled with a higher rise, and roomy top block. We’ve paired this fit with a luxe Japanese 8 wale corduroy that is soft to the touch, yet hard-wearing. Made in USA.

Miles’ bold use of motion and shape created a unique, but unified, look for Blue Note records during his tenure as graphic designer.   Our Linen Shirt utilizes a cotton/linen blend fabric from Japan. The fabric is woven in a way that creates a subtle wrinkle texture that will stay even after wear and wash. The linen/cotton blend fabric will soften and drape beautifully over time. We finished the shirt off with contrasting genuine horn buttons that have been burned for texture and contrast.
