Absent from the jacket are the standard Type III back seams and waist cinches; we opted to give the back of the jacket a cleaner design by replacing the original yoke with our trademark crossed back. This Type 3s Jacket features a waxed canvas to repel wind and wet conditions.

Stealth Chelsea Boot ~ Black Waxed Flesh
€ 700,25Select optionsThe Stealth Chelsea is the second style we’ve employed Horween Waxed Flesh leather on; we felt that it was an appropriate leather to use for this winter boot style given its water repellant treatment. Although the leather is stiff at first, it breaks in beautifully and begins to show brown undertones as it scuffs up. We paired the wholecut upper with a black Gloxi-cut sole that provides a great combination of grip and cushioning. We believe Viberg’s Chelsea pattern is one of the most elegant ones on the market, but this is not a delicate boot – it’s made to be thrashed and worn every day regardless of weather conditions.

Lowercase for Atlas ~ Striped Tortoise
€ 340,65Add to cartThe Lowercase for 3sixteen Atlas is our first collaboration with the Brooklyn-based eyewear manufacturer. The frame is crafted of a unique Italian acetate with two layers: a striped top layer welded to an amber tortoise underneath. The frame color and detailing is especially stunning when light shines through. We chose their Atlas frame, a silhouette with strong features and a bold brow that paired perfectly with the material. The sunglasses also feature brown Carl Zeiss sun lenses, OBE German-engineered hinges and screws, and custom branded legs. Each pair ships in a custom branded box with a Lowercase hardshell case, dust bag, and polishing cloth. Made in the USA.

Schott ~ Chromexcel Horsehide A-2
€ 1.200,35Select optionsThe leather is a custom tannage made exclusively for this project by Horween Leather Company in Chicago and is a tea-core chromexcel horsehide that starts out black but exhibits brown undertones as it’s worn. The leather has been heavily milled to give it a softer, more supple hand and to bring out those brown undertones. The arms are slim, and the body has been slightly lengthened without negatively affecting the higher-waisted look that a flight jacket should have. 3sixteen chose to include hidden side entries to the front flap pockets for the sake of practicality, and also added a custom sheepskin collar that is detachable should the wearer want a cleaner look.
